Advice & Tips: Started taking Ambien as part of a protocol to treat ALS proposed by a physician in South Africa. Seemed to have not effect on my progression, in fact the period I have been on Ambien has represented the fastest rate of progression, but I wouldn't read too much into that.

Advice & Tips: Did not seem to improve my state or slow progression. Would have continued but it made me sleepy and affected my balance.
