Advice & Tips:
I never knew if I was going to experience the flushing and itching after taking it. Sometimes it didn't and other times it really hit. Drinking a lot of water when I felt it starting helped, but after a meal it made an uncomfortable few hours. It was like gambling, but it seemed I lost more times than not so I talked to the Naturopath and we stopped it.
