Advice & Tips: I had a mild case of CFS. It didn't bother me too much as long as I didn't exercise, but after exercising I would have headache, mind fog, and sometimes nausea 12 to 48 (!) hours later. This went on for months and was getting worse. My doctor didn't run all the tests, but decided to treat for EBV with Valtrex and see what happened. After 6 weeks I feel much better, and am almost back to my previous active lifestyle, biking to work and running on weekends.
Cost: $50-99 monthly
