Advice & Tips:
Start with the lowest dose available. Stay hydrated. Watch the caffeine intake, especially at first. This wiped out my appetite during the first few days. After that, I would get ravenously hungry as soon as the medication wears off (~ 8 PM for me).
Watch this if you are trying to control your weight.
I can definitely feel the 'bumps' in medication from the time release. They are very predictable at 3 1/2 hour intervals for me. Keep a diary and you can time the 'bumps' to be beneficial for big meetings, tests or whatever it is that you need special concentration for.
