Advice & Tips: For me, this supplement is a miracle worker for restless leg syndrome (RLS). I would get it so bad I practically had to sleep standing up due to I couldn't lay or even sit without my legs having to move all the time!! Then a neighbor suggested Magnesium and to this day, I've been free of RLS. I probably jinxed myself by saying that just now, but it's true! And after trying all the prescription stuff like Requip, all it takes is two 400mg pills with breakfast and supper and I'm all set.
