Not at all hard to take
Dosage: 0.01 g Daily
Advice & Tips: I take it before going to bed and my eyes sort of sting for a minute or two, but no other bad effects. It greatly improved the pressure in my eyes. Five others in my extended family have had glaucoma and 4 went blind in senior years. So far my eyesight has remained about the same.

  • Effectiveness
    Major (for glaucoma)
  • Side effects
    None
  • Adherence
    Always
  • Burden
    A little hard to take
Dosage: 0.005 % Daily
Advice & Tips: The only problem I ever had with this med is that it is eye drops, and I couldn't get them into my eye! But my optometrist gave me a good piece of advice: lie on the bed, close your eyes, drip the eye drops into the inside corner of the eye, then open your eye & tilt your head until the liquid flows into your eye. Repeat for second eye. It works!
