Advice & Tips:
I enjoyed this and was surprised how many other individuals that worked out in the pool also had FM. The facility I used was close to my job and I used my lunch hours of went right after work. This has to be convenient or you will not do it.

Advice & Tips:
Sometimes it is hard for me to go to the pool, be it weather, conflict in appointments, not feeling well, etc.
I noticed I do feel slightly better when I go for a session and I feel very good when I can keep going for 3 times a week for at least a month or so. It makes me feel stronger and that I have accomplished something to help my fibro. I would recommend this to everyone who suffers from fibro.
