Advice & Tips: In late 2008 I read about forced exercise, so I started bicycling 90 RPM or more. At first I could only do it for about five minutes. By July 2009 I could pedal for thirty minutes or more at over 100 rpm.

Dosage: 30 min Daily
Advice & Tips: This was not a prescribed treatment. I did this just for daily exercise, but it became increasingly difficult to get on and off the bike. I also had increased difficulty getting any kind of rhythm going to get any benefit from the exercise. While I was able to do it I believe it gave me more energy.
