Advice & Tips: I used ice then a hot bath to ease the pain of the injection and OTC ib for the headaches which only lasted a day. It helped wth my arm pain and numbness. I am walking better because of it. Seems to help with pain but does not elimate all of it.

Advice & Tips: STAY AWAY FROM EPIDURAL STEROID INJECTIONS. Especially when Depo-Medrol is used, ESI is contraindicated for use in the spine (there is a warning on the label of the drug as well as with the contained literature). ESI's are a major cause of arachnoiditis.
