Advice & Tips:
Put in with regular medications. To help Vit D3 absorb. Was on D2 for 2 years at 100,000 units and couldn't get my levels up so we changed to 6000 units day of D3 with the Calcium w/D3 kicker and we got me over 30 for the first time in years.
