  • Effectiveness
    Major (for Improve mobility)
  • Side effects
Mild (for Overall) (grinds the shins)
  • Adherence

  • Burden
Not at all hard to take
Dosage: Daily
Advice & Tips: I generally wear only one AFO on my right leg. I ocassionaly will wear both if I am going to be on my feet all day. It helps with just one especially if I have a alot of stairs of uneven ground to walk on. Having both AFO's reduces the "feel" when walking that's important on unven terrain. I only occasioanaly use my cane when wearing them. When I don't wear them I must use the cane or I fall a lot.
Side effects: grinds the shins
