Advice & Tips: Medical Qigong was the most difficult activity I had ever undertaken. It was impossible for me to move my arms and body in the required fashion, so my spouse had to do it for me. After doing it for 6 months, I stopped. I have no idea if any detoxification actually occurred. Now that I am on levodopa, the qigong is easy, although I no longer have a daily practice.
Cost: < $25 monthly

Advice & Tips: I highly recommend Medical Qi Gong therapy. My fingers had been gnarled and atrophied for months and after four sessions I have been able to straighten out and hold my fingers that way ever since. To me, it's a combination of needleless acupuncture, massage therapy, and energy manipulation, with a dash of psychiatry thrown in. I look forward to my twice weekly sessions like Jared does Subway sandwiches. Hands down, the best treatment I receive.
