Advice & Tips: It was difficult to get used to at first but it has become probably the most effective of all the treatments I have had. I have tripped only once since I got them, they help enormously in walking and driving. The are comfortable to wear and prpvided me with a very acceptable alternative to the awful plastic shoe inserts which were the only alternative offered to me. I recommend this treatment 100 per cent.
