Advice & Tips:
Space doses at least 10 hours apart so as to avoid risk of seizures. Not a miracle drug, but if I miss it, I notice the increased difficulty walking very quickly.

No problem adhering to schedule - one pill every 12 hours. I don't really feel the difference, but my DH and the walking test that I did after 1 year after beginning the treatmentshowed an improvement in speed.

Easy to take - 2 pills, one morning, second 12 hours later.
I walk somewhat faster. I walk more than a few meters with my rollator, otherwise with a stick. I only walk with no help in my house.
