I have a VHS tape of Yoga by Kathy Smith and I use it whenever I feel that I CAN and once I DO, I feel much better. NEVER "over-do" tho'. I should be doing it every day or so. The stretching is always good when your muscles haven't been used like they used to be. I used to do Aerobics for 30 mins, 7 days/week. But I was also younger. :) I find that any type of exercise is also good for mental health, helps you sleep better and even have a healthier appetite.
