What is bone metastases?
Bone metastases, or metastatic bone disease, is a class of cancer metastases that results from primary tumor invasion to bone. The bone is a common site of metastasis for a number of different cancers including lung, breast, prostate, kidney, thyroid cancers, multiple myeloma among others.
