How much good can your data do? A whole lot, as co-founder Jamie Heywood explains in this video.

What is typhus?

Typhus is a bacterial disease caused by Rickettsia typhi or Rickettsia prowazekii. Symptoms can include abdominal pain, rash, high fever, joint pain, etc. Treatment includes doxycycline and tetracycline. Endemic typhus has a high mortality rate without treatment while murine typhus does not.

Common symptoms reported by people with typhus

Reports may be affected by other conditions and/or medication side effects. We ask about general symptoms (anxious mood, depressed mood, fatigue, pain, and stress) regardless of condition.
