Raeder's Paratrigeminal Neuralgia is a disorder characterized by intense deep pain around the eye that may be accompanied by eyelid drooping. It is sometimes confused with Horner's Syndrome and the pain is less well defined than with trigeminal neuralgia. Treatment is mainly symptomatic.
