Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome (KTS) is characterized by a reddish-purplish birthmark (port-wine stain) , swollen, twisted, and sometimes painful blood vessels (varicose veins); excessive growth of soft tissue and bone of the involved extremity (bony and soft tissue hypertrophy).
