What is choroidal nevus?
A choroidal nevus is a cluster of pigmented cells within the inside of the eye; the size and color of the birthmark should be watched for any changes over time that could indicate possible eye cancer (melanoma). A choroidal nevus is painless and usually found during a routine eye exam.
