What is Fordyce's disease?

Fordyce's disease are superficial sebaceous (oil-producing) glands (small bumps) seen on moist skin that lines some organs and body cavities. The "spots" or "bumps" are painless and can be found on the head of the penis, the inner foreskin, and the lips.
