What is tricuspid atresia?

Tricuspid Atresia is a form of congenital heart disease. It is characterized as an abnormally developed heart valve on the right side of the heart causing decreased blood flow from the right top part of the heart (right atrium) to the right bottom part of the heart (right ventricle).
