What is sluggish cognitive tempo?

Sluggish cognitive tempo (SCT) may be considered a subtype or a distinct condition related to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD); there is no consensus within the medical community. SCT symptoms include physical hypoactivity and inattentiveness.
