About Me
Ever since I was a young child I have been a perfectionist. I have lived to please my parents, my teachers, my bosses, etc. Having survived two mental breakdowns, the latest just this January, I am determined to get at the root cause of my problem and to do everything I can to get better. I have both major depression and anxiety, with a touch of paranoia. Finding other people with problems like mine will be a huge help, as I live alone out of state away from my family and friends. Yeah, it's been a tough life and seems to be getting tougher all the time. Thank God for meds and therapists!
