Advice & Tips
I had absolutely NO relief whatsoever from those damn shots! Sorry to be blunt, but there's no other way to be when it comes to that. I had the shots and then later that night I swelled up like the GoodYear Blimp. The tops of my feet were huge, my ankles were huge, I couldn't even more my feet. My blood sugar spiked up to 190. If it's even possible, my pain levels even increased! My advice? Don't get the shots. But then everyone is different anyway.
