What is Cipralex?

Cipralex is an international brand name for escitalopram, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant used the treatment of major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorders. Off label used for mild dementia-associated agitation in non-psychotic patients.
