What is Ceftriaxone?
Ceftriaxone is a third-generation broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibiotic. It is the drug of choice against pneumoina and bacterial meningitis. It has also been used in the treatment of Lyme disease and is an experimental treatment for ALS/MND.
