Advice & Tips
I take mood stabilizer-Lamictal (because of short half-life-I take 200mg a.m. and 200mg p.m.) and ADHD med. Vyvanse ( because of insomnia potential) I take in a.m. The rest I take at bedtime because of sedating effect. Because of the therapy I have worked through issues of abuse and many other issues have been eliminated, solved, brought peace and healing. I sometimes just get plain tired of taking meds everyday, however I do stay med compliant.
