Advice/Tips
This doesn't appear to be an "instant" spasticity relief medication, or at least in my situation. I had to "wean off" of the highest prescribable dosage of Zanaflex while simultaneously "ramping up" my Keppra dosage. Therefore, it wasn't until I reached my current dosage of Keppra that I started realizing positive results of this medication. Given the feedback from other's that I've spoken to that are using Keppra; there doesn't seem to be any "middle ground" in terms of success in treating their MS related spasticity. It appears that it either worked or it didn't work. To that point, being that Keppra is an anti-convulsive/Epileptic medication; some neurologists won't prescribe it for MS related spasticity.
