Advice & Tips
I hate drinking. Period. But a shot or two before sleep helps give me that that feeling in the morning of a good night's rest, something I rarely get to feel. Unexpected benefits? Just more talkative before sleep. I wish there was a much easier way to take it though.

Advice & Tips
I take two shots before I go to sleep on the weekends. Just a small amount enables me to actually dream (I normally do not). I wake up the next morning feeling very refreshed and not exhausted like normal.
