Starting this spring, I began using a phase-change vest, which freezes at 60 degF (in the fridge). It works wonderfully, lasts for hours, and isn't chilling like ice packs.

Really postpones my fatigue attacks on hot summer days. Lets me function outside in the summer.

Haven't used it for a couple of years now. Usually my feet are so cold I can't stand it, so when it is HOT outside and my feet are warm, I forget to cool off my core!!!

This is a Kool Max Cooling Vest made by polar products http://www.polarproducts.com it zips up in the front and feels like a bullet proof vest that came with 24 ice packs 12 for use and 12 for back up use only what is needed a prescription is required.
