What is Tri-Sprintec?

Tri-Sprintec™ is a brand name for the combination of ethinyl estradiol and norgestimate, a contraceptive agent used to prevent pregnancy and acne. Off label uses include treatment of hypermenorrhea (menorrhagia); pain associated with endometriosis; dysmenorrhea; dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
