Advice & Tips
The gluten free diet, if you want convenience is VERY expensive and/or time consuming. I often get glutened by well meaning friends and associates who make food for me, or from lazy store attendants who may not understand that a gluten attack can really ruin an otherwise good day. It is important however, to maintain adherence -- so please dont be like me and cheat, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!
