What is Journal Writing? A journal is a continued series of writings by a person in response to their life experiences and events. Diaries contain a description of daily events. Advice/Tips
I've been journaling for over 10 years. I find that as I write, it focuses my thoughts, and I can often reveal truths to myself that I wanted to hide from. Journaling also allows me to see patterns in my thought processes and in where I was in mentally at different times, which helped me find a diagnosis that wasn't just 'depression'.
