What is Cladribine? Cladribine is an antineoplastic agent used in the treatment of hairy cell leukemia. It is being used off-label in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, progressive multiple sclerosis.
