Advice & Tips: whenBP people are very depressed, they seem to need the sleep. For me anyway.. I can sleep also around the clock for up to 3 days.Everything gets behind in the house , shopping Husband does that anyway. I have a fear of leaving . and many things get piled up.its a mess. then when I come out of it, Like my body has had enough sleep. I get mad because of the way things are.
Side effects: Wake up feeling just as tired as before nap, Didn't do tasks or choirs
