Advice & Tips
Very relaxing. Very good for tendonitis, stress, depression. It alone, however, will not cure tendonitis, as it needs to be followed up with disciplined rehabilitation exercises and stretches in order to strengthen the tendons and increase their flexibility for full recovery. It was 0 cost to me, but only because I'm lucky enough to have good insurance.

Advice & Tips
I can't really verify this, and only have the doctor's word, but my eyesight actually improved a little because apparently the doctor had been relieving pressure on the optic nerve. I don't know, but HELLA relaxing anyway.
