In July 2012 I did change my physiotherapy to 3 times per week. One is as usual I go and the therapist stretches and moves my mussels. To, I go to swim mixed with number one. 3. I go and bike for 20 minutes and do some pulling for my arms.

If you ever have Drop-Foot and the doctors recommend having your foot amputated and replaced with a fake, stay with the original!!! Even if it doesn't work properly, it's a lot easier to get in and out of a swimming pool on two legs, instead of just one!
