What is Hydrocodone? Hydrocodone or dihydrocodeinone is a semi-synthetic opioid derived from two of the naturally occurring opiates, codeine and thebaine. Hydrocodone is an orally active narcotic analgesic and antitussive. It is commonly available in tablet, capsule, and syrup form.

- I had to accept that my thinking is impaired and my judgement is not the same as it was before taking Hydrocodone. I want to be a responsible person and I just can't take the chance of harming someone else. I also have to be wary of impulsiveness.
