Urelle® is a brand name antibiotic that contains methenamine 81 mg, sodium biphosphate 40.8 mg, phenyl salicylate 32.4 mg, methylene blue 10.8 mg, hyoscyamine sulfate 0.12 mg. It is used to treat symptoms of irritative voiding and urinary tract infections.
