I became bored to the extreme it just became more of a hassle than a help. If I did too much I had a hard time getting on and off the equipment. As a result at times it would take me 45 minutes to an hour to get 15 minutes of exercise in.

Advice & Tips
If you can find the self-discipline to stick to it, exercise is the MOST effective treatment for fibromyalgia. The weight-control, stress relief, and more toned body are great side effects!
