I've lost 10 lbs. sitting in my chair and my cholesterol numbers dropped 35 points. I am totally gluton free and almost completely sugar free. But it's expensive to eat this way.

I keep the fridge full of organic gluten-free grains, seeds, nuts, dried and frozen fruits and frozen meats. I keep in the cupboards seaweed, herb teas, oils, very dark chocolate and raw snack bars. These tide me over when I run out of fresh foods.
