What is Progynova?

Progynova is an international brand of estradiol, an estrogen derivative used to treat menopausal symptoms, vaginal atrophy, hypoestrogenism; palliation of prostate and breast cancer; prevention of osteoporosis; abnormal uterine bleeding; and postmenopausal urinary symptoms (urgency, dysuria).
