Advice & Tips
Hynotherapy has given me a whole new way of living. It lowered my high anxiety tremendously, and that in itself improved my fibromyalgia symptoms and my IBS. It also convinced me of the importance of alternative medicine and therapy, and of the value of meditation and relaxation exercises. My whole outlook on life has been improved and deepened by hypnotherapy.

Advice & Tips
I have met three times with a hypnotherapist who was recommended to me by a friend who has had some serious bouts of IBS. Since my IBS has been terrible lately, I thought I would give it a try. Although I have not been hypnotized, the therapist has tried different methods with me and I am convinced that he has helped me more than any medication or any doctor I have consulted. Although I am by no means cured, I feel 75% better than I did before I saw him. After four or five more sessions, I expect to stop, and I now believe that although I will not be cured, I will be much more able to lead a normal life and to function better as well as feeling happier.
