Advice & Tips
I bought a sanitary bidet, and began using it to clean off my frequent, loose stools instead of trying to solidify my stools. I like this method better. Taking fiber helped some, but gave me gas. Even with the fiber my stools weren't often normal (just better), and I still needed the sanitary bidet, so I chose not to spend the money on fiber.
