What is Stretching?

An example of Stretching

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific skeletal muscle is deliberately elongated to its fullest length in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and reaffirm comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility and range of motion.

Advice & Tips
I do at least one Sun Salutation every morning. I may do other stretches at other parts of the day. When I played golf for the first time this season, my shots were consistently over the green! My upper body got stronger! Although my aim is probably affected by PD, I'm still enjoying the game. I don't play very often.
