What is Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen?
Hydrocodone is an opiate painkiller used in the relief of moderate to severe pain. Acetaminophen (paracetaomol) is another analgesic commonly found in OTC painkillers, but increases the effects of hydrocodone when taken together.

- I am very conscientious about controlling my constipation with a variety of rememdies: 1) High fiber diet of whole grains, vegetables and fruit. 2) Exercise helps to stimulate the peristalsis in my GI tract healthy. 3) Naturalax once or twice a week alternating with a tea made by Traditional Medicinals called "Chocolate Smooth Move" which is very effective. They make a plain Smooth Move also that I don't find effective but I guess others do.
