Advice & Tips
I'm speaking here of the nicotine replacement patches. It was summer time so with tank tops and summer attire it was hard to adhere to dosing schedule. The nausea was from the Chantix. I couldn't adhere to the dose required because of this.

Advice & Tips
As I was smoking this cigarette, I needed it less and less. I was trying to quit smoking, period, and I have. Though laws prevent makers of these devices from advertising them as a way to stop smoking, they are an excellent tool for just that. The trick is to not give in to the urge to go back to real smoking. For me those urges occurred only during the first 3 days.
