Purpose: the warm water therapy is better for my situation because the machines in the PT area are harder on my joints (Started Oct 15, 2009)

Quite honestly, two major factors stopped me from this at the So.side Sheltering Arms here in Richmond, VA. 1. The CD music THEY picked for off-class times when people were just there, was TOO LOUD and obnoxious, 2. I sprained my right ankle badly, new Dr. had me be fitted for a custom ankle brace, and if I do go to that pool or any pool I have to be REALLY careful of down-steps in pools now. My therapist (massage) told me where to find other better place for aqua-therapy, I'll try that.

Was using friends pool, had to stop when weather changed. Got to spend extra time with friend was a wonderful benefit. The water workouts are wonderful if done carefully, plus the added vitamin D from sunlight very healthy. Eased daily mobility of joints greatly.
