L-Carnitine is a molecule found naturally in the body. This supplement is used to enhance physical performance and to treat fatigue and cachexia associated with carnitine deficiency caused by end-stage renal disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, and HIV/AIDs.

i know i should take them but it is very hard. it has to be 3 tablets 3 times a day. they have to be kept in foil selves of 10. you cant put them in a pill minder because they dissolve easily. i would have to carry them around to take them 3 times a day primary carnitine deficiency syndrome is very scary this is the only medication i have problems taking

Read about this in Poz Magazine, that our meds atrophy our bones and our hips will sometimes just fall apart without warning. I can still run across the street so I guess it's working.
